Would you like to put all the trails of THE MOTHER - Bikepark Winterberg through their paces for a week with like-minded people and experienced coaches from the official ShredAcad - Bikeschool by THE MOTHER? Then you've come to the right place! THE MOTHER bike camps are all about mountain biking for a week. Fun and safety are of course the main focus. Grab your friends and come along to our camp together. Are you alone? No problem... while biking and taking part in the numerous other activities with up to 30 kids & teens, new friendships are quickly formed... guaranteed! 😊 With us, you get more for your money: no other provider offers you more services for less money!
REQUIREMENTS
- Bike park beginners, but also advanced riders with sufficient bike park experience (!) aged between 10 - 17 years (REQUIRED: some previous bike park visits and safe riding on blue trails are a basic requirement for participation in our camps)
- Wearing full-body protective equipment and a full-face helmet is mandatory in the bike park!
- A fully functional mountain bike suitable for the bike park: enduro, freeride or downhill bike with working front and rear brakes! (Bike can be rented from us if required: -20 % price advantage for camp participants compared to the regular rental price)
- Liability insurance
- max. number of participants 30 persons - minimum number of participants 20 persons
Services included in the tour price for THE MOTHER Bike Camps:
ACCOMMODATION, CARE & MEALS
- 6 nights in shared rooms in the biker-friendly Hostel Erlebnisberg Kappe, just 250m from THE MOTHER - Bikepark Winterberg
- Full board: three full meals a day from the buffet in the hostel including three special dinners:
- Welcome barbecue dinner on the day of arrival at the hostel
- Pump'n Pizza Dinner at THE MOTHER pump track (depending on weather conditions)
- Manta platter (currywurst/fries/mayo) at Panorama Imbiss
- 24 h free sparkling water from the water dispenser in the hostel and free reusable drinking bottle or cup for each participant
- Round-the-clock on-site support from 6 experienced trainers
- Best supervision ratio for the MTB sessions: 1 trainer per approx. 5 participants
- An additional organizer for everything that goes with it
- Travel price insurance certificate for insolvency insurance for package tours
MTB ACTION
- 4-day lift ticket for THE MOTHER - Bikepark Winterberg
- 4 full days of bike park experience incl. riding technique sessions with the trainers from ShredAcad - Bikeschool by the Mother
- Free rental of protective equipment (= safety jacket and knee/shin pads) and full-face helmet during the camp (if you don't have your own equipment)
- Exclusively for THE MOTHER Bike Camp participants: 20% discount on premium freeride MTBs from PROPAIN Bicycles in THE MOTHER - Bikepark Winterberg store
- MTB technique seminar with valuable tips on bike maintenance and adjustment
- An evening airbag MTB jump session on 3 airbags of different levels of difficulty in appropriate weather conditions
- MTB pump track battle and "Puk-Offs" fun race
- Final camp race in the bike park at the end of the week
- Award ceremony for the camp ranking at the end of the camp, with great prizes

LEISURE PROGRAM
- Activity Day on Wednesday: excursion to the outdoor adventure world Erlebnisberg Kappe and free use of the leisure facilities (e.g. climbing forest, Panorama Adventure Bridge, Fly-Line etc.), followed by a stroll through the town center of Winterberg
- An evening of go-karting at the KartFun indoor facility in Winterberg-Neuastenberg
- Leisure facilities at the hostel: table football, basketball, slackline, table tennis, goal wall, Twister
- Additional alternative program for biking in bad weather or heat if necessary
PROCESS
- After booking and payment of 20% of the tour price, you will receive the security certificate for your package tour from us within 14 days.
- We will contact you approx. 4 weeks in advance and ask you to pay the balance of the tour price.
- You will receive detailed information about the program, packing list, etc. by e-mail 4 weeks before the start of the camp.
